Lose the excuses, lose the love handles!


Experience a high intensity, total body Bootcamp workout in the great outdoors!  Lift weights, move your body and sweat it out in a small group environment as you are put through your paces with other likeminded people who enjoy a good workout and supportive environment.


Bootcamp Workouts are 45 minutes of moderate to high intensity exercise conducted outdoors with amenities, water fountain and undercover area so we can train rain or shine!

Trainer/client ratio 1:10 so you’re kept accountable, no hiding ;P

LOCATION: Lees Park, Croydon Park NSW 2133 (Sydney, Australia)


TIMES: 6am, 7am & 10am classes


DAYS: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

No sessions on public holidays.

FEES

  • Casual $15



  • Monthly Subscription $30 per week NO CONTRACT



  • 10 Sessions $140 (valid for 12 weeks from date of purchase)




FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Do I have to be fit?

We cater for all fitness levels. Just as long as you don’t have a medical condition, illness or injury that may affect your ability to participate in a moderate to high intensity exercise program.


If in doubt, consult your medical professional before participating in any exercise program.


Is it COViD safe?

All equipment is regularly disinfected before and after use.  Masks may be worn during workout at your discretion and hand sanitiser is available any time during training.


We have a COViDsafe plan in place and registered with NSW Government.


What do I need to bring?

To stay safe and minimise sharing equipment, we request you bring  a towel (or mat) and a water bottle & meds eg ventolin (as required)


Will this help me lose weight?

Bootcamp is a high intensity resistance and cardio workout program. Regular exercise  with a healthy diet (in a caloric deficit) can benefit people who want to lose weight.


Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can trial a weeks worth (3 sessions) of sessions when you opt in for our monthly subscription plan.


How does your subscription plan work?

Our subscription plans are month to month.

After your initial trial, fees are payable one (1) week in advance via direct debit.


*Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! Just give us 30 days notice in via text or email.


If I’m on a subscription, can I suspend my account?

Yes, give us seven (7) days notice via text or email.


What do I get if I recommend my friends and family?

Your trust in us is something we can never repay but for every new person you refer who signs up to a subscription plan, we'll credit you a week's training as our way of saying thank you!
