I started Roldan Fitness with the goal of making fitness accessible for everybody regardless of circumstance or budget because I believe that a fit and healthy body is everybody’s right.
My group fitness classes are the same quality programming and attention to detail as the fancy gyms without the price tag.
Personal training with me is more than just counting reps, it’s addressing the needs of your body (compensations and limitations) and the wants of your goals ( build muscle, lose fat, get strong, tone up, etc).
By improving lifestyle habits and instilling the right mindset, I help clients get strong and lean through functional movement, boxing and muay thai training.
